POC Spine VPD Protection Vest
There are various ways to wear a back protector; this is the option that gives you the greatest flexibility and freedom of movement. Choose how to wear it, with or without the removable waistband.
Our VPD back protector outperform the EN 1621-2 standard Level 1 (18kN) reaching the higher Level 2 requirements (9kN). Still many CE approved protection systems have a relatively static impact absorption curve and are constructed to just pass the specific CE-Norm test. This means that low energy impacts are transferred almost directly to the body. Our VPD back protector does not only exceed the required shock absorbance
CE-values, it also releases the energy gradually so the spine will not be exposed to any force peaks.

All of our custom wheels are handbuilt by an experienced and qualified wheel builder. We use DT Swiss spoke freeze lock tight on all our wheels to prevent them coming loose and also include a free rim tape.

Hope Bottom Bracket - Stainless
The machined aluminium cups hold either full stainless steel cartridge bearings, or ceramic bearings in stainless races. These custom, Swiss made bearings are double sealed, fully serviceable and removable which give much greater life span than stock units.
The bearings are made (as all our bearings are) by INA and have been designed to run directly on the crankset axle, without the use of shims or spacers - again increasing life and reliability.
We use a non contact, free running labyrinth seal to protect the bearing externally, and the machined aluminium centre tube is sealed internally with o-rings.
The unit is suitable for 68 & 73mm shell width’s - with aftermarket 83mm tube’s available where required. A road specific unit will follow.
Standard 6 colours are available on cups - red, blue, silver, black, gold and gunmetal, with the centre tubes being black on the stainless and gunsmoke on the ceramic.

Transition Bank Hardtail Frame
The Bank hardtail is our new evolution, lightweight aluminum hartdail. Built to be fast and agile, the Bank is a very capable 4X or dual slalom race bike but also is a ton of fun on dirt jumps and pump tracks.
The frame features a new custom formed top and down tube with integrated gusset which makes for a lighter and stronger front end. We've finished the frame off with a host of CNC'd machined parts to give it a very clean but unique look. The rear end features our very own CRAP (Concentric Rear Axle Positioning) system that we developed in-house. C.R.A.P. is a clean system that allows you to run a geared or singlespeed setup with a tidy looking dropout area. Run our Revolution wheelsets with 10mm thru-axle QR system for the ultimate in stiff and easily maintainable rear end.
